What follows describes the fate of information that reaches Fortify 24x7 through this shop, along with information the security lines produce once fitted in your practice. It aims to be finished in a single sitting, which means naming particular things rather than gesturing toward classes of thing.
Cut on 28 August 2026This storefront trades under the Health Lock Solutions name and is run by Fortify 24x7. Fortify 24x7 settles how anything arriving here, and anything the services you buy produce, gets treated. Read every we below as Fortify 24x7.
Should a paragraph on this page need explaining, send it to support@healthlocksolutions.com. A person reads that address and a person answers.
Very little happens on this site. There is no tracking tag, no advertising pixel, no third party script following the pointer around, and no picture of you being assembled in the background.
Checkout belongs to Stripe outright. Every digit of a card, together with what is stamped beside it and the short code on the reverse, gets typed onto a page Stripe itself serves. Those values reach this site never, land on a screen inside Fortify 24x7 never, and enter no machine of ours at any point.
Returned to us is the short list without which no account works. Somewhere to write. What the organization is called. The lines purchased, with a count against each. Whether payment is current. Plus the two references Stripe keeps internally, one for a customer and one for a subscription.
A number of the lines sold here cannot do their job without touching protected health information. Duplicates copy it. Discovery reads files looking for it. Detection watches the file names and process behaviour surrounding it. All of that is treated as precisely what it is.
When we handle protected health information for you, Fortify 24x7 does so standing as a business associate, under an agreement signed between us that says exactly that. How we handle it is governed by that agreement rather than by this page.
Raising a request, whether through the portal or by email, opens a record holding your name, the address you wrote from, whatever you typed, and the engineering notes added while it is worked. The whole thing lives in our service management platform, and its history stays legible to both sides.
Please keep patient identifiers out of a request unless we have specifically asked for them. Where detail about one individual genuinely is needed before something can be resolved, we will tell you where to put it and how to get it there.
Running these lines means other organizations touch some of the information. Here is the shape of that, and current detail comes on request.
Records of an account and its charges survive for the life of the subscription. Past that point they live only as long as the tax and accounting rules make us hold them. Request history survives while it is still doing somebody good, and is retired after that.
Retention inside the security platforms is line by line, since a duplicate copy and an alert record are nothing like the same object. Each keyway page names where a line keeps its data, and the specific window on your subscription is confirmed to you in writing while it is being fitted.
Ask for a copy of what we hold on you. Ask for a correction. Ask for deletion where nothing obliges us to keep it. Write to support@healthlocksolutions.com and you will get an answer whether or not your state grants you a formal right to demand one.
One boundary is worth stating without ambiguity. Where we hold protected health information as your business associate, a patient asking about that information asks you and not us. The covered entity is you, and the request belongs on your desk. We will help you answer it.
Reaching a customer system requires an engineer who needs to be there, a second factor, and a log entry. Traffic between you, us and the platforms is encrypted while it moves, and duplicate copies are encrypted while they sit.
None of the above is a pledge that nothing will ever fail. It describes what stands in place today. Where something does fail and it touches you, the news comes from us, not from a third party or a newspaper.
Change this notice and the cut date at its head changes with it. Anything materially altering the handling of your information travels to the address on your account. It does not simply turn up here for you to trip over one day.
