Virtual servers priced on their own line, because a guest and a physical box are not the same thing to back up and rolling them together would make the invoice quietly misleading. Count guests, not hosts.

Running the tenant is Microsoft's job. Holding an independent duplicate of everything within it is a different job, and that one falls to you.
